As a Post Producer you are the link between client, creation, production, and technology. You are responsible for managing the post-production of a wide range of video and animation projects, ensuring that each one runs efficiently and seamlessly from handover to final delivery.
With your experience, you maintain a clear overview, safeguard quality and deadlines, and serve as a reliable point of contact for both clients and the internal team. From your position, you oversee the entire process:
– You translate briefings into concrete deliverables, schedules, and agreements, and are jointly responsible for budgeting.
– You keep clients informed, manage feedback rounds, and ensure that every delivery meets our high-quality standards.
– You are involved from the pre-production phase, thinking along about feasibility and identifying opportunities for optimization.
– You monitor project scope and step in when goals and execution start to diverge.
Who we’re looking for
You have solid experience in post-production and are used to managing multiple projects at once while staying calm under pressure. You know how to deliver on time without compromising quality. You combine a strong sense of structure, technology, workflow, and planning with creative understanding; you grasp what a client means, think with the creative team, and turn ideas into realistic execution.
– Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Post Producer or in a similar role within an agency, studio, or production company.
– Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
– Preferably full-time availability (part-time is negotiable).

As an editor you will be responsible for creating edits and animations.
Function Demands:

– Knowledge of animating with 3d software
– Experienced with creating scripts and storyboard

As a CGI-artist you know all about creating 3D Visuals. Translating a brief into a stunning visual or product visualization. Creating short animation is no problem as is talking to a client about your project. You will be working in close collaboration with your colleagues in the same or other disciplines.
Function Demands:
– At least 4 years of relevant experience
– Excellent knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3d software

– Working knowledge of compositing from 3D output

Creative Producer
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Production team as a Producer Intern. As a Producer intern at Peek Creative Studios you support the senior producers to guide a photo/film production from the initial phase to the final stage of delivery
Responsibilities:
- Working alongside Producers to schedule and organize shoots
- Assisting in the management of project budgets
- Coordinating logistics for shoots, including securing locations, equipment, and props
- Helping to oversee post-production tasks such as retouching, editing, sound design, and color grading
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as invoicing and organizing files
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills, hands-on mentality and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A flexible mindset and be willing to work outside of regular business hours
- Driver’s license
